"I would like it to be noted that I am totally satisfied with the care of Pearl Claxon. Since the home has been managed by Alan Johnston and lately by Robert Paton and their staff, my mothers well being has improved greatly. Her appetite, which has always been small, has become more varied and she is trying different foods she is also having the build up supplement and she is now enjoying her food. Her hygiene has improved greatly she will allow staff to bath her and to change her clothes with assistance. Lately in my opinion she is looking the best she has been for a long time. Pearl seems a lot happier and more contended. All of the above is totally down to the staff at Reside, I cannot fault their patience and dedication in the care given to my Mother, and nothing is too much trouble.
